Ranger magic?

So what magic can the rnger do?   Haven't been able to use any spellbooks so far.

Ranger doesn't use magic (except wands, of course) - he uses bows and have insane speed.

Correct, the ranger and the warrior can't use spellbooks.

Oh, ok.  In the class descriptions, it says he has a limited ability to use magic.  Made me wonder:

Ranger
The Ranger is a master of ranged combat, moving with high speed. The ranger is mediocre in melee combat but deadly with a bow and arrows. The ranger has a limited ability to use magic and cannot use heavy weapons and armor.

Maybe if he could at advanced levels. So, once your magic power gets above 0 then you can equip and use spell books? So you can dual class if you choose to increase your magic.

I have plans for a talent/skill/perk tree where all perks are available to all classes, but at different costs. Adding spell casting abilities to a ranger would in that way be possible, but it would come at a high cost. If you really want a spellcaster you should chose a wizard.
