Dweller: New Ideas

My Ideas are:

*Weapon Forgery
(Where the player can pay a blacksmith a set amout of fee to forge a weapon, materials that are needed in forging can be looted from killed enemies/monsters . . .)
*Downloadable Quest
(Where the player can download a quest or even several, direclty from Dweller Game WebSite)
*New N.P.C.s
(Where the player can interact with some new merchants like a Weapon Artifacts Seller/Merchant can be some relief)
*Deeper Dungeon
(Where the player can only go to the "Halls Of The Goblin King" is to go through some more set of Dungeons and travel to the very end of the Dungeon, where the player should require more abilities and might also require some specific level . . .)
*Interactive Inventory
(Whereby the player can interact with a new look in the Inventory,
which can help to ease out the trouble of scrolling too long just to find your item/equipment)

*AND MUCH MORE*

Oh! Just an additional,

*Achievements
(This is where the player gets a reward when accomplishing something like A.:"Kill 100 Wraiths" R.:"Undead Great Sword" )
*Difficulty
(Where the player gets to chose the diffifculty from "Normal" to "Extremely Hard" or some other thing like that.)
*Harder Quests
(Where the player as he/she accomplishes a quest, the other next quest of the same kind he/she takes gets harder from time to time.)

*AND MUCH MORE*

You can read previous suggestions about Achievements In this thread and also in here.
Other difficulty modes, extra quests and dungeon branches are also mentioned
here, here or here.
UI and Inventory improvement is being discussed as well, check this thread, or for other
inventory suggestions here or here.
Additional NPCs also had been discussed a couple times.
 ;)


This whole weapons forging sounds a lot like MMORPG thing, might be boring in longer run.
I definately like the rest of these, let's see what will Bjorn say about possible additions for
the very next versions (there is a lot of stuff on TO-DO list already, just a matter of priorities).

Glad you've taken the time to share your ideas, we need more people like this!

Some stuff that will be added in the near future is more quests, improved inventory, achievements and new difficulty levels for those who have killed the Goblin King.

Another Idea:

*Weapon Usage
(Where the player can only use such weapon is by attaining a required Level/Stat)
*Greater Traps
(Whereby a player can meet/experience a type of trap like, Killer Box/Room, where the player enters a room and the suddenly steps upon a hidden pressurized plate, the door will then be replaced by a magical door that can only be broken/opened is by killing all respawned enemies/monsters inside)

*STILL PLANNING TO ADD MORE*

Ohhh, a classic Monster Room, that's neat. There were some ideas
about an Arena kind of room, but spawning a room full of enemies
with no way out (locked doors, disabled teleport and recall) sounds
like my kind of thing.

Another Idea:

*New Game
(Well simple put, a new game named "Dweller: The Arena" can be released without affecting the main game.)
*Raged Goblin King
(If the above idea is not possible well, this is where the player after EASILY killing the "Goblin King" it will not yet just die, instead it will just grow stonger yet slower than before and can't summon allies, it's just like this try to kill him he'll get stronger, try and kill him again he'll finally die.)

*AND MORE*

*Mini Games(Well after completing the game, a Mini Game can unlocked. It can be of some relief)
*Hard Core(The player can choose whether he's a "Veteran" or a "Beginner")

Guys, why mage can't destroy heavy doors with spells? There is only warrior and oozes(yup, again they destroyed another door) can do that?
Every Ooze() had a maniacal dream: destroy all heavy doors(). Killing oozes you save the door's life XD

I haven't seen The Hobbit yet. I need to go see it before they stop showing it. I loved the Lotr films.

Yo! Admin, The whole forum or should we say forum members reads this thread, forum.dwellergame.com/index.php?topic=135.0 and since then I've toyed with an Idea, why not do the following:

*Minimal-Ranged-Warrior
Well, let's give the warrior a sling shot. Come On, Mateusz' (forgot the name  spelling) idea makes sense, besides sling shot can be used even by a kid. Although there is much to do please think also about this even for a short time. Most players wanted to suggest their ideas, that's why others created an account to this forum. Otherwise there'd be no one to suggest.
*Minimal weapon restriction

I like the idea of throw-able weapons -if you miss the item can be picked up - if they hit then they show up in a pile when monster killed -and like any other weapons they can get lost  in lava, water, stairs, or if no place to drop. - Warrior should start with 3-4 stones,  then be able to find or buy Knife, Hatchet, Throwing  Axe, Spear, Discus, boomerang??-these will gives the warrior limited range 1-2 squares, but limits you by max weight you can carry and generally low damage, and limited quantities- maybe off-hand equip-you lose the shield/two handed weapons  if you want to have them equipped (but must be able to put in quick slot -uses one turn to remove shield and equip throw-able in not already equipped).
