I love the idea of new arrows, but their purchase price is ABSURD.
Sure, all kinds of arrows were overpriced for their single-use-only
character, but they all gave some kind of extra status like poison
or stun, effectively becoming more like scrolls. Now, paying 150+
gold per shot for just 4 extra base attack is kind of sad.

I think the price for these should be more like around 10-20 a piece.

Hmm, yeah, maybe. I can:

a) lower the sales price
b) keep the sales price and buff stats
c) keep the sales price and treat it as one of the asked for "money sinks"

Mhmm, maybe lower the price but also lower attack to 5 so that it's
only 1 point better than an Elven Quiver (which is an infinite supply),
then add some super nasty barbed armor-piercing arrows of bloody
murder like 8 attack and sell those for 200-500 a piece, making them
a money-sink for bored lategame players?

Gah. Items don't show their effects in descriptions at all!
Retrieving verbose descriptions on artifacts gone bad I presume.

I mean that the items' descriptions lack stuff like:
"it can damage enemies", "it can poison enemies", etc.
There's no hint about Ring of Mobility granting levitation either.
The potions only say they can't be enchanted, same for scrolls,
wands and quivers.

Some* items that have a verbose descriptions will show them (this
is an improvement over previous version), but they won't mention
their "on use/on hit" effects anymore.
They do however list flags
like magic resistance/two-handed/can not be enchanted.

*For example the Venomblade will show the verbose description,
but the Catnip will not.

Can You write on improving the things that it can no longer be improved (as the limit of improvement)? Enchant scrolls are rare and spending to waste...

Btw, I got myself scared for a bit when I couldn't activate the
pressure plate doors. Then I realised it was the Ring of Mobility
giving me levitation...

For a new player this might again be considered a bug.  :(

A little suggestion while we're at it. Instead of adding "it is flying"
to description, why not make it "Levitating" just like "Poisoned"
or "Slowed"? "It is flying" is nice for monsters' descriptions, but
sounds bad when relating to the player character.

and their variants (rotations) might produce a possibility of
the player starting out on the "wrong side" where there's
no pressure plate to open the doors (if they go down a level
and the stairs up in the locked space). I might be wrong, but
it's worth checking.

Thieves' Tools have a rarity of an artifact. Could you make
tose a tiny bit more common?

Another tiny thing, Wizards Hat should read Wizard's Hat.

P.S. I absolutely LOVE the new leveling system for summons!
This is brilliant. Not only they aren't so OP as they used to be,
but also they improve the most in their "main" stats.
I'm really happy that the Cat is no longer a cyber-demon-tiger,
because the Catnip feels "fair" now and has no big impact on
the game, while still remaining a nice curious souvenir item.
A slight adjustment I'd like to see tho is:
- lowering the Cat's Magic a bit and upgrading the base Speed.
- lowering the Dog's HPs by 2-3 points so that it doesn't get
more HP than a Warrior summon, it just feels weird.

I'm glad you like the summoning system! I'll adjust the cat and dog as you suggest.

The first of the two rooms should not be a problem since stairs can't get generated on chests. The other room might be a problem though. I'll fix this. Thanks.
