Excellent list Mateusz! I think maybe the Flail should reduce attack a bit more than it does. Maybe -3 or even -5 per hit?

the in game descriptions on the stuff like "magic resistance" are a bit vague -i think all additional properties should show in item description - ie "increased magic resistance 20%" - gives the player a better understanding of the virtues of the item.

Actually you can check magic resistance in the character screen.
Interestingly enough, it doesn't provide resistance to magic
damage as in percentage damage reduction, but a chance to
completely shrug off a spell.

@Bjorn:
It can even drop Attack by 10, but provided this effect doesn't
stack with itself. Otherwise, 3 sounds like a fair offer.

Would be nice if some other equipement could provide this debuf
as well, right now its only flail in the entire game.

I had a look at the code. It's actually already a -3 reduction :-)

Why these things are not for sale?

Because Crown of the Goblin King is a quest item which need
to be shown to the Merchant to finish the game. To win, one
has to keep it in his inventory.

And as for Practice Wand, I guess this is because getting one
doesn't really cost any effort. It's also absolutely worthless, lol.

Pearlescent Soul Stone.

This was added with the last updates and is still subject to
major changes. Its on-use effect that is.

If you wish, sure. Don't see any real point in making this
as regular items are well, nothing special, but maybe it
could clear some thing up with some additional info like
class restrictions etc.

Got a lot of work today (yay "free" sunday), so it'll be a
slow process, but should be ready by tonight.

In the meantime, check if you like the format:
http://forum.dwellergame.com/index.php?topic=219.0
I will later copy the same explanations and symbols to
this list here to make it more consistent.

Edit: the other list is ready!

Updated, now only unsure about the weight/attack speed on
Kenneth's bow, Black Blade and Minotaur Axe.

EDIT:
Updated again, removed values too, it was useless info and is
often subject to change.

EDIT2:
Moved Thieves' Tools to Artifacts, because technically these are
an Artifact item. Also moved unique Pile of Bones and Skull to
non-Artifact uniques because these are not flagged as Artifacts.
Crossed out Regeneration part of CI Pendant, as it's disfuntional
for the time being.

EDIT3:
Added new Artifacts and Mana modifiers, some fixes and updates.

I have a question about the Black Blade of Whetnall: Is Whetnall a place or a person? I need it for the translation, thank you :)

Hah, that's one of those things that english doesn't really say, eh?
Anyway, it's a person. Thomas Whetnall, he did some awesome
additional art for the Dweller's tileset/monsters.
