In j2me version, different categories of menus are not separeted: no line between them.

That's the same as in 1.20.2, Jordan.

I've been trying out this new version overnight and man it was a mixed bag!
It felt like going one step in the right direction and immidiately 2 steps back.

So here's my story:

I've decided to try out Ranger since I was curious if this "Dog doesn't block
LoS" thing will change the gameplay for me. I summoned the dog and opened
fire at the rats in the Forest. First surprise was that target cycling didn't seem
to select the closest targets anymore, but was back to "clockwise mode"
sometimes preferring most remote targets first, even those outside my bow's
range. "Well, ok" I thought "its only a thing with Forest granting such huge
FoV". So I peeked at the merchant's goods and seeing a crossbow, immidiately
traded my bow and potions for it.

Feeling confident with larger caliber I descended into the dungeons to see how
would these new speed mechanics work. At first I was like "yay, I can finally
catch up with monsters or run from them!" but then as I was reaching 40 speed
it felt so wrong to move three times as fast as my enemies! Not only that, they
were unable to hit me at all, because either my crossbow pernamently stun-
locked them or I could just use hit-and-run tactics with melee weapon.

To add insult to injury, I've also found this new pendant on my way down which
flooded my text display with constant "You're already at max health", completely
disabling its work. I got poisoned afterward and never bothered to get healed
because the pendant would keep me alive anyway, and it didn't make any
difference whether I get a poison message spam when I already had regen
message spam ruining my messages display lol.

To make it even funnier, I also got my hands on Magical Atlas, so I was now:
- Moving and acting 3 times faster than my enemies
- Pernamently regenerating
- Pernamently seeing thru walls and up to bazilion tiles away
- Pernamently stunning my hopeless enemies

Moved by the pity for all the denizens of underworld, I looked again at my newly
acquired Horned Helmet of Yngar the Wise to reassure myself that it adds 5 HPs.
Seeing how it only adds current HPs (not max) I stood in a pool of lava till my HPs
reached 5 and removed the artifact, ending my misery in somewhat creative fashion.

TLDR version below:
- Horned Helmet of Yngar the Wise adds current HPs, not max HPs.
- Speed is now crazily decisive stat, see this thread.
- Target cycling doesn't choose closest target by default.
- New Pendant spamfloods message box with its constant healing.
- Stun is still pretty much instawin.
- Crossbow still damages twice on each hit for no reason.

@Mateusz:

I noticed the menus problems in the 1.20.2. , but when I tried to make a bug report, I noticed that 1.20.3 was available.

Landscape and portrait D-Pad and menu tiles too large

Samsung Galaxy S II GT-I9100G Android 4.0.3
4.3 in (110 mm) AMOLED with 480×800 pixels (218 ppi) and RGB-Matrix

I have the same screen size issue for the last 3 updates.

The problem is in both landscape and portrait.

I forgot to add that the target cycling and ranged attacks
(including spells) take a lot more time now.
Its a really noticable slowdown.

I feel your pain efulton!  It's not impossible to play though.  I'm not sure what exactly the problem is but I'm guessing there's some sort of scaling issue with the graphics.  I'd like to see more graphical options including an autofit or some more interface configurability.  Unfortunately things like this take time ya know.

There's a new release out in a few minutes. It will address most (all?) of the things mentioned here.

Smaller dpad for cellphone works great.  Not so much for Kindle/tablet install though.  Again, the game itself just keeps getting better.  I just can't get over the dungeon design it's awesome!! I think that has to do with the plethora of user created rooms.  How many player created rooms are currently in circulation btw?
