Tip for you wizard players -every time you see magic offered you better take it

I guess you meant speed?
Besides, the worst thing is not character speed but the fact that
spellcasting currently takes 250% of time used up by other actions.
Since you're another person who has noticed how deadly this has
become, chances are growing that Bjorn will readjust casting
speed to match other actions. I sure pray he will!

EDIT:
Thankfully this casting speed has been changed to 150%, wee!
I've lost a loooong line of wizards without a win for what seems like months now.  I think it's been at least a month since the last time I even got one down into GK's mancave.  I like the difficulty but now that gold has become even more scarce Dweller is closer approaching the difficulty level of such classics as Nethack and Powder.

I got no friggen idea how you manage this, ZiZ. Wizards are so freakin OP.
 ;D

Firebolt everything, Drain and infinite pots when needed, AoE for summoners,
easily 50+ HPs from levels, Charm or Teleport on demand, with some good
speed you can cast faster than the enemies move...

You must have the shittiest luck lately. Or maybe you're growing impatient with
greed?

Its a little bit shitty luck and a lot bit impatience... seems I overestimate my really good chars and get them killed via lynchmod and the rest of my chars just don't seem to get a chance to live up to their potential.  Gameplay is MUCH MUCH more thought worthy now.  I have to really think out most moves and when you're shootin the poop with friends and not totally paying attention wizards get dead.  I actually really do enjoy the difficulty anymore but I'm at a point where I have to shift from my older playing style to one more attuned to this less and less forgiving game.

About "Bonecollector" quest: if you don't have enougth piles of bones to complete the quest, just drop all bones in your inventory near the healer - they never disappear and you will have a free space in inventory to collect more(also you can drop other items in start location - they don't disappear too)
Every Ooze() had a maniacal dream: destroy all heavy doors(). Killing oozes you save the door's life XD

Not sure if this is posted anywhere else but I have found a pretty cool trick playing as the Ranger I use the dog to break book shelves and tables and have found that if a table has items on it most of the time it will drop a consumable item and bookshelves will drop magic books, I have also found secret doors behind bookshelves! Thought it was freaking awesome once I found this out so I went back and started retracking my steps and going up levels and collecting everything I could.  ;D

If you move against a table with potions on it, it will drop a random
potion, just like the cauldron or how bookshelves and pulpits drop
books. No need to destroy them.

You can either use heavy weapon or allies (or even fleeing enemies)
to destroy all kinds of furniture btw, including locked doors.

Glad someone is enjoying the little secret rooms!

Yeah, the small secret rooms are cool. Mateusz is the master of designing hidden rooms and passages!

A tip for where not to go to: There are certain narrow rooms with 4 treasure chests. To get inside you need to pass a dart trap and take the damage. Disarming won't do, 'cause in most cases there's a steel door which won't open once the pressure plate is gone. There's actually no need to go into those rooms; it might be a coincidence but those rooms bear the most lame treasures, mostly leather caps (who is actually looking for leather caps??). You better disarm the trap/pressure plate and gain the XP.

Hmm, yeah,  I guess the treasures from guarded/hidden chests need to be improved.
